a late summer awareness retreat

Four late-summer days.

Three nights suspended between who you have been

and who you are quietly becoming.

Full Bloom is an intentionally intimate retreat for those ready to examine the inner narratives that shaped them — and to gently transform them into something more spacious, more compassionate, more alive.

This is not about becoming someone new.

It is about blooming from exactly where you stand.

the Invitation

We all carry protective stories.

“I must be smaller.”

“I must be stronger.”

“I must not disappoint.”

“I must not need.”

These narratives once helped us survive.

But survival is not the same as self-expression.

Full Bloom is a long weekend devoted to recognising the structures that shaped you — not to shame them, not to erase them — but to honour their purpose and allow them to evolve.

Like scar tissue that becomes stronger than the skin around it,

your history is not the obstacle.

It is the soil.

Through embodied practice, guided reflection, ritual, and shared ceremony, we’ll explore how to construct intentions that don’t reject who you’ve been — but harmonise it into who you are becoming.

What Awaits You

Without giving away every petal of the experience, you can expect:

There will be moments of introspection.
Moments of softness.
Moments of laughter.
And moments where something quietly clicks into place.

Each day unfolds intentionally — building from awareness to integration to expression.

Our Home: Das Brunnenhaus

Nestled in a protected nature reserve just outside Cologne, Das Brunnenhaus is a sanctuary of stillness.

A beautiful garden surrounds the house, and countless walking paths weave through the landscape. The Dhünn river flows directly in front of the property. There are no busy roads, no immediate neighbours — only the quiet presence of forest life.

You’ll fall asleep to the sound of the flowing stream.

You’ll wake to birdsong.

It is a place that invites you to slow down, to soften, and to rediscover your connection to nature — and to yourself.

The house includes:

  • Cosy shared rooms with double beds

  • A single room option

  • Dedicated yoga spaces

  • A sauna

  • Expansive natural surroundings for reflection and ritual

It is secluded, yet easily accessible from Cologne.

Intentionally Intimate

While the house can accommodate more, this retreat will be kept intentionally intimate.

A smaller group allows:

  • Deeper sharing

  • Genuine connection

  • Individual support

  • A container that feels safe and personal

When we bloom, we do so best in spaces that feel held.

Who This Retreat Is For

This space may be for you if:

  • You feel yourself in transition

  • You’re tired of repeating the same internal loops

  • You want to understand your patterns rather than fight them

  • You crave both depth and celebration

  • You’re ready to bloom — without abandoning the parts that shaped you

No prior yoga experience is necessary.

Only curiosity and willingness.

A Note From Me

Full Bloom was born from my own journey of realising that the parts of me I once tried to outgrow were the very things that made my expression unique.

We don’t need to uproot ourselves to grow.

We need to tend what’s already here.

It would be an honour to hold this container for you.

Late Summer. Ripe Air. Open Sky.

There is something about August —

a fullness, a quiet readiness.

If you feel the nudge, trust it.

Come gather.

Come soften.

Come bloom.
